A Study on Khushal Khan Khattak and Democracy

Abstract

Our world has been through different system of governments in History. One such form of government is Democracy. Hindustan had been under Monarchy while Khushal Khan was born. He remained part of the very system for a short period of his life. But when look at his prose and poetry,  it on the contrary reveal the story of Democracy. His work is a vivid manifestation of Democratic spirit. This paper  will take into account Khushal's  vision of democracy and thereby his person struggling for people in power.
