Abstract

Feminism is a worldwide movement, rose in Europe, which secures the rights of women in all respects of life. Women underwent through a long journey in respect for their rights and the struggle is still on move. This paper is aimed at to draw a picture of woman’s status in the famous movement of Pashtoons i.e. Khudayi Khidmatgar movement. The historic movement led by Bacha khan had political, social and literary grounds. Bacha Khan and his other fellow beings and followers were very clear regarding the rights of women. Bacha Khan treated woman as a full human being without any gender discrimination and changed the mind set up of a tribal society. We see the pivotal role of women and notice how women participated in this movement.
