Rhethoric Reflection in the Poetry of Rehman Baba

Abstract

Rahman Baba is rightly called the poet who had great command over all aspects of poetry and was one of the prominent poets of classical period of Pashto poetry. He has given place to different aspects of poetry with great skill and techniques. His poetry is the greatest example of eloquently, elegances, fluency, Atticism, rhetoric, oratory, sententiousness and conciseness. In this article I will try to put light on this aspects of Rahman Baba’s poetry.
