Impact of Khushal Khan Political Struggle on Pashto Literature

Abstract

Khushal Khattak is a renowned figure in Pashto literature and political reawakening of Pashtoons. He is also known as the poet of sword and pen. His writings greatly influenced the political status of Pashtoons in particular. In this article the salient features of his poetry, which greatly which greatly admired the political arena of Pakhtoon, have been highlighted.
